About the role
Learn to build AI agents that hold up in real enterprise work. You'll work alongside our engineers on evaluation, retrieval and agent workflows, and ship work that goes into our products. The programme has two stages: a 3-month unpaid internship, then, based on performance, a 6-month paid internship with a stipend of up to ₹10,000 per month, followed by a pre-placement offer (PPO) for a full-time role, also based on performance.
What you’ll do
- Build and test AI agent features with guidance from senior engineers
- Write evaluation sets and measure model and agent quality
- Prepare, clean and analyse data for retrieval and fine-tuning experiments
- Prototype ideas quickly and write up what worked and what didn't
- Take part in code reviews, design discussions and team demos
What you’ll bring
- Currently studying, or recently graduated in, computer science, data science or a related field
- Good Python skills and familiarity with Git
- A basic understanding of machine learning and large language models
- Curiosity, clear written communication and the habit of finishing what you start
Nice to have
- Projects using LLM APIs, RAG, PyTorch or Hugging Face (please link them)
- Interest in AI safety, evaluation or governance
