These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.hibilter.com and its sub-sites, including hibilter.com/humael (together, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Hibilter IT Systems Pvt. Ltd. (“Hibilter”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Products and services are covered by separate agreements. Access to our products (including Humael Medha, Vaani, Samvaad, Samiksha, Urja, Rachna and Pulse, Yantreal Prizm, and Vajra Sentinel and Aarambh), pilots, proofs of concept and professional services is governed by a separate written agreement, order form or statement of work between Hibilter and the customer. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.

2. Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about Hibilter and our products, read our content and contact us. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and if you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for it. You agree not to:
- use the Site in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems or any demo environment, or interfere with their security or operation;
- scrape, crawl or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means, except for search-engine indexing that respects our robots.txt;
- use Site content, product demos or white papers to build a competing product or train machine-learning models; or
- submit false information, or content that is unlawful, harmful or infringing.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, videos, demos, white papers, logos and software, are owned by Hibilter or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Hibilter, Humael, Yantreal, Vajra, the product names listed above and their logos are trademarks of Hibilter. Nothing in these Terms gives you any right to use them without our written permission, except as permitted by our brand guidelines.
You may view the Site, and download or print white papers, for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of our products, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices.
4. Information, demos and pricing
Site content is for general information only and is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice. Product descriptions, demos, performance figures, case studies and white papers illustrate capabilities in specific settings. Your results depend on your data, environment and configuration. Prices and plans shown on the Site are indicative, may change without notice and do not constitute an offer. Binding prices and terms are set out only in a signed order form or agreement.
5. Information you send us
When you submit a form or email us, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Please do not send us confidential information through the Site. If confidentiality is needed, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement with you first.
If you send us ideas or feedback, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation.
6. Export controls and restricted use
Some of our products, including the Vajra defence portfolio, may be subject to export control, sanctions and defence-procurement laws of India and other countries. Nothing on the Site is an offer to supply controlled goods, software or technology. We supply such products only to eligible customers, subject to the required government approvals and a separate agreement. You agree not to use the Site to try to obtain controlled items in violation of those laws.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services, such as LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
8. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hibilter and its directors, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to INR 10,000. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Hibilter against any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
11. Suspension
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may restrict your access if you breach these Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site. Before starting proceedings, both parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute by discussion for at least 30 days.
13. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale of assets.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you continue to use the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
