About the role
Join early and own significant parts of Hibilter's products end to end — from user interface to services to the AI features that make them useful — shipping governed, production-grade software with a small team.
What you’ll do
- Design, build and ship full-stack features across our product suite
- Turn customer problems into working software, from first prototype to production
- Build AI-powered features that keep a human in command of high-risk decisions
- Raise the bar on code quality, testing, security and reliability
- Help shape engineering practices and mentor as the team grows
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience building and operating production web applications
- Comfort across front end, back end and cloud or on-premise deployment
- Practical experience building features with modern AI models
- Ownership mindset and clear written communication for remote, async work
Nice to have
- Experience in an early-stage company or founding team
- Background in enterprise software, security or regulated industries
