About the role
Design clear, trustworthy experiences for enterprise AI products — where people need to understand what the AI is doing and stay in command of the decisions that matter.
What you’ll do
- Own product design from discovery and flows to polished interfaces
- Design for trust: clear explanations, approvals and audit-friendly experiences
- Work with engineering to ship and refine designs in production
- Contribute to and evolve our design system
- Talk to users and turn what you learn into better products
What you’ll bring
- A strong portfolio of shipped product design for web applications
- Excellent interaction and visual design skills
- Experience designing complex, data-rich or enterprise software
- Comfort working closely with engineers in a small, remote team
Nice to have
- Experience designing AI-powered products
- Front-end prototyping skills
